FOR CUSTOM PLUSHIES or other ITEMS:

By placing a custom order you state that you are agreeing to the terms and conditions presented below.

Offers and Price quotations:

• Offers and quotations are without engagement or confirmation of accepted commission. This means you do not automatically place an order by requesting a quote via messaging, or filling out any of my Custom Quote Forms.

• When you are ready to place your Custom Order you are required to reply to my message and confirm the Custom Order is in order and agreed upon to secure the spot for your order to be made.

• The Price quote provided is valid for 1 month since submission unless we agree otherwise.

Price and payment methods:

• All prices stated on the website are in USD (please use a currency converter – Paypal converts automatically – if using a different currency).

• Prices are not negotiable. The prices on the website/Commission List are just an indication or starting point and set up for the most basic of plushies/items in that category. Contact me for an exact price quotes.

• I retain the right to change the prices on my website/shop/commission list at any time, without the need for prior notice.

• Payment must be made beforehand, in full or by pre-arranged payments and have cleared before the item will be shipped.

•  I will direct you to a listing in my Shop for you to purchase.

• Payment plans via PayPal are available if needed - additional commission fees apply (you can message me to discuss this further).

• If a Payment plan is made to split the payment, I will start working on the plushie when at least half (50%) of the payment is processed and cleared.
   

Shipping: 

• All custom orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail (which includes tracking and upto $50 insurance), extra Insurance is available for a small extra fee.

• Regular Shipping (Non-Priority shipping) is available but does not include tracking or insurance – both have to be purchased separately.

• International Shipping is Available – please contact me via messaging to dicuss costs.

• Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

• Items will be shipped after the completion and clearance of the Final/Full payment. Shipping times depend on country and customs. See shipping indication times in the Custom Orders Section or the Item Listing.

• I am not responsible for damaged or lost mail but write to me and we will figure a way to fix things. If an item arrives damaged (provide evidence with time-stamped photos and the written note by the forwarder/delivery person), I will replace it but the buyer will have to pay any extra shipping fees.

• If an addressee does not accept/pick up a package and the order is shipped back to me, a buyer covers repeat shipping costs.
   

Returns and Cancellations:

• I'm sorry but I cannot/will not accept refunds or exchanges for custom made items that are already finished or shipped, so please read the descriptions carefully before buying.

• If you have purchased an already made item from me or my webshops, send me a message and you can return the item within 14 days of purchase under the condition that the item is unused and undamaged. After the item is returned and inspected for damage a refund will be issued.

• Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

• If you wish to cancel your order a full refund will be issued if the plush is not yet in the making. If the materials have been purchased or the item is already in production the cost of it will be deducted from the refund.

• If the custom item was finished and you wish to cancel, no refunds will be issued.

• The following items can't be returned or exchanged - Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  - Custom or personalized orders (example – OC characters, personalized embroidery, etc.)
  - Digital downloads
  - Items on sale from Discounts, Con Stock Overflow, etc.
   

Cleaning and Safety:​ 

• Plushies are not meant to be a child's toy because of the handmade nature and small parts. It is meant as an art/collector's companion for grown-ups. Plushies are handmade and not designed for rough play or children younger than 12 years of age.

• If giving them to a young child, do not leave unsupervised. If you want me to create a Plush toy specifically for a young child let me know in your order inquiry upfront so that way we can discuss the materials to be used for the order.

• Plushies are not to be washed in a washing machine or put in a dryer! If dirty spot-clean with a damp cloth or some soap detergent and let it air dry. Plushies damaged by careless or rough handled is the sole responsibility of the commissioner.

 

Ownership and Copyright:

• I - CK (CK's Plush & Stuff) retain all the intellectual property rights (Copyright, Patent rights, Trademark rights, etc.) for my Original Characters (such as Mihijime, Jori and Wrexs).

• I claim the right to my original characters and character interpretations and do not want to see them reproduced elsewhere. All my creations are protected by copyright law.

• I DO NOT claim the rights to characters that are based on video games, movies, anime. Credit to the original artist will be given for Fanart Characters.

• I will not make an original character that doesn't belong to the commissioner unless the owner of the original character sends me their written consent.
   

Other:

• Plushies come from a smoke-free but pet-friendly home (mainly Cats – so please take that into consideration when ordering.

• I post Work in Progress photos on my social media. If your order is a gift or a ''top secret'' project please inform me upfront not to post anything online.

• The items are all handmade, so slight variations can occur. Characters and my interpretations of those characters are heavily influenced by my own unique style.

• The colors of the items in the photo and in real life may vary slightly due to the colors or brightness of your individual screens (laptop, desktop, tablet, phone, etc).

• I will not create any mature content: nothing sexual, nothing violent or offensive.

• I do not accept orders for any machine type of character, Homestuck or Disney Princess. I specialize in Human/Humanoid characters but am branching out slowly into creatures.

• I retain the right to refuse your order at any time. This applies to special cases; for example, if the customer is rude and offensive or in case my schedule would not allow me to meet the agreed deadline.
